We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven Performance Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team and support in scaling our marketing efforts across the UK and International Markets. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for daily trade reporting, creative planning and strategy implementation across our paid media channels (Meta, Google, Affiliates). You’ll collaborate with our paid media agencies, in‑house creative, and trade teams.

Just over a year ago, we launched international markets and are rapidly scaling. We're currently live in 20+ countries and have ambitious targets for this year. Each market responds differently to creative and product, making this an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in Digital Marketing and International Expansion.

The Role
  • Work closely with Paid Channel agencies and internal stakeholders to drive performance across all our digital channels, to contribute towards the overall business objectives
  • Support the delivery and implementation of marketing strategies across paid social, paid search, and affiliates
  • Assist in optimising UK channels like Pinterest and TikTok through budget management and creative builds
  • Monitor, analyse, and report daily on trade results
  • Support with weekly and monthly trade reporting across UK, US, and Rest of World
  • Assist in creative briefing and delivery of assets for marketing campaigns. Working with in‑house designers and the wider creative team to drive demand and awareness of the brand
  • Conduct competitor reviews and provide recommendations to the wider team for UK markets
  • Additional ad‑hoc tasks to support the digital marketing team
What You’ll Have
  • Previous experience in marketing or relevant degree – Paid Search or Paid Social experience is a bonus!
  • Strong analytical skillset, you are confident with drawing insights from data and using pivot tables
  • A fascination with what gets people to buy a product is a must
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and delivering results under pressure
