Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Manager to join our team based on our M3 Junction 9 Project in Winchester.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Highway projects and the business in the collection and collation of project and business performance data.
  • Produce and assist in the production of reports to the business and projects in line with business and project requirements.
About you
  • Experience within a Civil Engineering / Contracting environment.
  • An enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual with the ability to work both on their own or as part of a team.
  • Computer literate with a sound working knowledge of the latest Microsoft applications (especially Excel, PowerBI, Word, Forms and PowerApps).
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a methodical manner with a proactive approach to problem solving and prioritising workload.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability and self‑confidence to build strong working relationships internally and externally at all levels.
