Europcar is looking for a Performance Manager.

OTE - £45,ooo

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? We are looking for a Station Manager at our Manchester Airport location.

What we are looking for
  • A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
  • Lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver five star customer service.
  • Work closely with the Station Manager to achieve incremental sales RPD targets.
  • Maximise incremental sales through effective training, coaching and staff development.
  • Manage staff performance, through documented reviews and corrective actions.
  • Build an effective team through the promotion of a 'Serviced Based Sales' culture.
  • Support the Company's culture of 'Continuous Improvement' through dailycommunication with staff through dedicated coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Ensure that the station consistently achieves KPIs.

  • It is essential that you understand the challenges of the rental and sales sector, reaching KPI's and targets and delivering your work to the highest standards.

The rota runs Monday to Friday, with one weekend shift per month. From June to August, this increases to alternate weekends. Shifts are 7:00am-3:30pm (early) and 9:30am-6:00pm (late).
