A major water utility company located in Camberley is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the Waste Treatment operations. The ideal candidate will manage team performance, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. We are currently recruiting for a Waste Treatment Performance Manager to manage CamberleySewage Treatment Works.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in one of our most critical roles within Waste Treatment as a front-line performance manager.
You will have two key accountabilities: firstly, to manage and support your team and secondly, to manage the process.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of this critical site through the effective leadership and direction of resources.
Working Pattern or Hours: Monday-Friday, 36 hours per week.
