A prominent water company in the UK is seeking a Performance Manager. In this role, you will lead a technical team responsible for maintenance activities across water treatment facilities. Your key responsibilities include performance management, risk mitigation, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills along with a valid UK driving license. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum with additional benefits.
This is an exciting office and field-based role, as a Performance Manager leading a technical team that covers the front-line maintenance activities across two Water Treatment Works in the Southwest area. You will be managing a team of 8 technicians and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, delivering both planned and reactive activities. There will also be a requirement to respond to operational events within the geographical area and deliver excellent customer service.
Base location: South London: Ashford Common (WTW) - TW151RU & Kempton Park (WTW) - TW136XH
Working pattern or hours: 36 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
