  • Manage incidents and service requests related to reporting tools.
  • Support change and release cycles for reporting updates.
  • Conduct scenario-based testing and produce test exit reports.
  • Lead or contribute to Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across reports and dashboards.
  • Provide training on SAP BOXI and data visualization tools.

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build Web Intelligence reports using SAP BusinessObjects.
  • Extract and prepare data for statutory ASC returns and surveys.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting universes and structures.
  • Manage incidents and service requests related to reporting tools.
  • Support change and release cycles for reporting updates.
  • Conduct scenario-based testing and produce test exit reports.
  • Lead or contribute to Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across reports and dashboards.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to Adult Services staff on SAP BOXI and other data visualisation tools.
