Job summary

Garage 59 in Northampton, UK, is seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to lead data analysis and optimisation for GT3 race cars competing in top-tier series worldwide. Qualifications

  • Experience in Formula 1®, GT3, WEC or other top-tier motorsport environments.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, simulation, and performance modelling.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Bosch Wintax, MoTeC, ATLAS, MATLAB, or similar.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Performance Engineer to lead the analysis and optimisation of our GT3 race cars competing in the leading GT3 series and prestigious races around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse vehicle performance data to identify trends and optimise race strategy.

  • Support pre‑event planning and post‑event analysis across Sprint and Endurance formats.

  • Contribute to the development of tools and processes for continuous improvement.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
