A local government authority in Stirling is seeking a Performance and Data Officer to enhance performance management and continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in performance management methodologies and possess skills in developing digital solutions using the Microsoft toolkit, including PowerBI and SharePoint. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance and Data Officer within our Strategic Planning, Data and Performance Service, with a particular focus on ensuring the effective provision of performance management, benchmarking and, advice and assurance at a corporate level. This post will support the Council in embedding a culture of performance management and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrative track record of supporting the implementation of a performance management framework, coordinating benchmarking and improvement action planning, and coordinating continuous improvement activity across the Council.
