Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across investment performance, pricing and data management within asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Performance, Pricing & Data function ensuring accurate and timely delivery across the business.
• Own the quality, governance and integrity of investment performance, pricing and reference data.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and the development of a scalable, centralised data platform.
• Oversee performance analytics, attribution and pricing processes across multiple asset classes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Investments, Risk, Finance and Distribution while developing a high-performing team.
