The role :
The Business Consultancy Team are a specialised team, focused on delivering valuable consulting solutions to priority businesses. This includes designing, building and delivering a Consultancy Proposition. The team is made up of Consultant’s that have expert knowledge who together will be able to help Practices improve their overall business performance and sustainability.
Using a range of knowledge, skills and tools they will support Partners and Practice leadership teams to develop the effectiveness of consulting within businesses with growth potential; they create a sharper focus on the things that matter, optimising the use of SME and Partnership resources to create a plan and generate productivity growth through increased efficiency and continuous improvement.
