A leading global consulting firm in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to enhance partner performance management processes. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure effective performance evaluations and contribute to continuous service improvement. There is an opportunity for a strong Assistant Manager to join the team, focused on partner performance and progression. Working closely with the performance and progression managers, you will have key responsibilities for supporting the delivery of the partner performance experience, throughout the annual cycle, including goal setting, mid-year, and year-end performance evaluations.
We are continuously working to enhance the partner’s performance experience and deliver quality outcomes. You will be involved in executing our ambitions for the partner performance experience and making sure that process updates are integrated seamlessly into our performance cycle and processes. The role requires strong and productive working relationships with stakeholders across the Business, Finance and HR and is an exciting opportunity to gain critical operational experience, working in a high performing team, with the firm’s most senior people.
