Vacancy: Performance & Planning Manager
We're pleased to be advertising for a Performance and Planning Manager to support our Operations Team. This is a key role providing analytical insight, performance reporting, and leading timetable planning to ensure efficient service delivery. You'll work closely with TfL and internal teams to manage changes, engineering works, and performance improvement initiatives.
You’ll have the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights, applying integrity and accuracy across all data processing and outputs to support decision‑making at every level of the business.
In this role, you will analyse and report on performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. You'll produce internal and external performance reports and statistics, while leading the planning process for network routes, timetables, and engineering works. Working closely with TfL, you will manage timetable requirements and service changes, prepare and communicate alterations, and develop publicity materials. Additionally, you'll provide support to the Control Room during periods of disruption and always ensure compliance with company policies.
We're looking for someone with an eye for detail and the ability to identify trends and patterns in data, supported by excellent IT skills. Experience with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel and Access is essential, and knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
You’ll be confident, articulate, and a strong communicator (both verbal and written), with the interpersonal skills needed to build effective relationships across all levels within TOL and with our client, London Trams.
