Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking an experienced Performance Analyst (SFIA 5) to lead performance measurement across complex digital services. You will embed data-driven decision making and ensure services are designed and improved based on user needs and measurable outcomes.

You will operate at a strategic level, defining performance standards, advising senior stakeholders, and working with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, UX researchers, Designers, and Data Scientists to drive measurable
