Job title: Performance Analyst

Location: Edinburgh, Birmingham, Manchester

Salary: £59,850 - £66,500

Hours: Full-time

Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Responsibilities
  • Translate the Commercial Banking blueprint into clear organisational design principles including Relationship Manager set sizes, regional coverage and sector focus
  • Develop and deliver reporting capabilities that support BCB’s strategic priorities
  • Work closely with partners across the business to gather requirements and provide meaningful insight
  • Ensure data integrity by defining clear data standards and interpreting large datasets accurately
  • Use tools like Power BI and Excel to turn complex data into actionable insight
  • Lead and deliver small to medium scale projects within an established programme management plan

What you’ll need
  • Experience in an Analytics or MI team: Prior experience in a similar role where you\'ve worked with large datasets and used tools like Power BI and Excel to deliver actionable insights at Exec level
  • Ability to interpret and handle sophisticated data efficiently: You\'ll need to produce high-quality information, analysis and research from large volumes of data.
  • Strong Commercial Awareness: You must have a deep understanding of the Business and Commercial Banking environment with a proven track record of using commercial insight to support effective decision making.
