A global technology partner in Manchester is seeking a Performance Analyst to develop performance measurement frameworks and analyze service/product performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance analysis, data visualization tools, and agile methodologies. This role offers a hybrid work model, with expectations for collaboration and mentoring within an expanding team. The Performance Analyst is a pivotal analytical role. You will be responsible for developing performance measurement frameworks and analysing the performance of a service or product. You will also have the opportunity to work for other clients in government and the private sector. Your approach and framework will adapt in line with any changes made to the service, and you will be expected to trouble‑shoot and help resolve any performance issues that are identified.
You will work within multidisciplinary teams to help design and deliver designs that are accessible, understandable, and aligned with the Government Digital Service (GDS) standards. Your work will span various projects within the UK Government, requiring a strong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home. You will be unable to work at home 100% of the time and will be expected to work from a Capgemini office a minimum of 2-days a week, and willing to travel as required by the role.
To be considered candidates must be based in the UK and have existing permission to work in the UK. Sponsorship will not be provided. If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre‑employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
