As a Performance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enhancing network visibility and driving operational improvements. Reporting to the Operational Analytics Manager, you’ll support high-impact Data, IT, and BI initiatives, helping us identify gaps, innovate, and deliver smarter solutions across the network.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Developing and supporting network-wide data and BI improvement projects.
  • Creating tools that enable root cause analysis and data visualisation.
  • Delivering regular insights through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to operations and executive stakeholders.
  • Automating legacy reporting and championing Power BI adoption across the network.
  • Building proactive systems and data infrastructure to support a high-performance culture.
  • Providing strategic insights to optimise flow, improve service, and manage risk.
  • Enhancing trend analysis and guiding teams with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Communicating performance updates and risks clearly and consistently.
  • Responding quickly to changing demands and supporting multiple stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong skills in Power BI , SQL , and data modelling .
  • Experience in data transformation , interrogation , and wrangling .
  • A problem-solving mindset and a love for data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate , Python , and API integration .
  • Experience in logistics and ERP systems is a plus.
