Circet UK is looking for a Performance Analyst to help manage, analyse, and report on our operational data across the UK. This role is crucial to ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and capacity management to meet the demands of our fibre network and telecom infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with operational and senior management teams to provide actionable insights that support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and maintain performance data, ensuring accurate information about jobs, skills, and operational resources
  • Monitor KPIs and provide reporting and insights to support senior management and client decision-making
  • Develop and improve planning and forecasting data, capturing feedback and responding to business needs
  • Create ad hoc and bespoke reports for operational and commercial analysis
  • Build forecasts and scenario models to test commercial and contractual changes
  • Support senior management with accurate and timely information for decision‑making
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required, including travel
What You’ll Need
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in data analysis or forecasting roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
  • Customer‑focused with a delivery‑oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of telecom infrastructure build programs is desirable
