Our People team is recruiting for a People Transfer and Transition Manager, to design and lead effective people plans for the transfer and implementation of new business and contract retention, using best practice and innovation.
This is a full time and permanent home-based role, with some travel required and a salary of circa £50,000 per annum.
The postholder will lead the transformation of our workforce to deliver our contractual service delivery commitments and vision. This will include responsibility for informing people related decisions, risks and mitigation, ensuring the practical and lawful application of TUPE and designing strategies for mitigating people impacts related to new business and contract retention. You will also be required to support the growth of existing services where additional investment in delivery results in an increased workforce.
