We are looking for an outstanding Solution Owner, with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex HRIS solutions. The Solution Owner will lead a small team of SME’s with a particular focus on Pay and Benefits modules.
This role is both strategic and hands‑on, with a requirement to demonstrate understanding business requirements and processes with the ability to configure system infrastructure and solutions. In addition to communicating with and managing stakeholders, the People Tech Solution Owner will be process‑driven, highly analytical and organised. This is a key role in the People team, charged with delivering HRIS solutions seamlessly using effective planning and innovative solution ideas.
