Job Description:
As the first dedicated People & Talent hire at Maze, you'll build the foundation for their Series A growth. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment (60–70%) while establishing scalable people operations (30–40%), including onboarding, cultural rituals, and offsites. This role directly shapes Maze’s high-performance culture at the intersection of generative AI and cybersecurity, helping protect humans from cybercrime.

What you will do:
Own high-quality full-cycle recruitment, from screening and first-round calls to pipeline and process management across technical and non-technical roles.
Create an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful, personalised communication.
Build and manage Maze’s employer brand across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, job boards, and other talent channels.
The ideal candidate:
4–6 years professional experience, including 2–3+ years in talent acquisition or people operations within high-performing teams.
Proven full-cycle recruiting ability in B2B SaaS, confident assessing candidates across multiple disciplines.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments — comfortable building processes from scratch and adapting to ambiguity.
