A growing UK business in Leeds is seeking a People & Talent Partner to drive talent strategies and enhance employee experiences. The role is pivotal in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. We're looking for an organized individual with HR experience, particularly in managing recruitment campaigns and understanding employment law. This position offers flexibility, ongoing development support, and a competitive benefits package including a bonus and wellbeing initiatives.
Salary c£45,000 - £70,000 Dependent on Experience.
