In 2025, we entered an exciting new chapter by signing a strategic investment agreement with Santévet Group, Europe’s leader in pet health insurance, setting the stage for our next phase of growth.

We’re looking for a People & Talent Coordinator who’s equally passionate about hiring brilliant people and company culture. This role is a true 50/50 split between HR and recruitment.

It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone with some HR admin or recruitment experience who’s looking to build a career in HR. You’ll be part of a supportive team, trusted to take ownership and encouraged to grow.

  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records in the company ATS in line with GDPR
  • Post vacancy adverts via the ATS to job boards and social media sites
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Monitor the recruitment process, making sure the applications are processed efficiently and all parties are kept up to date
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers to provide to candidates
  • Support careers fairs, open days and recruitment campaigns
People Administration

  • Support the employee onboarding process, including right‑to‑work checks and coordinating inductions
