A cross-border advisory firm is seeking a proactive People & Talent Assistant to join their London team. This role involves HR administration across the employee lifecycle, coordinating talent acquisition processes, and enhancing employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, strong communication skills, and proficiency in HR systems. The position offers a starting salary of £35,000, along with benefits such as enhanced company pension and private healthcare.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Talent Assistant to join our team in London. This role is key to supporting our People function and ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
This role reports directly to the Head of People and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in HR for a high-growth, purpose-driven business. In this role, you’ll take ownership of all HR administration across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to training, reward, and offboarding—while providing day-to-day HR support.
