  • Support the creation of engaging content for internal channels (e.g., intranet, email, MS Teams).
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure consistent messaging across teams.

  • Qualifications relating to HR/CIPD qualification not mandatory but would be highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Experience with ATS and using Sharepoint as a intranet is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, delivery-focused, and effective in dynamic, change-driven environments
  • High degree of initiative and an excellent team player.
  • Mature, professional and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • 25 days annual holiday with additional office closure days
  • A discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and business performance
  • Enhanced company pension contribution of 5% of annual salary
  • Private healthcare cover, inclusive of dental and optical
  • An enhanced family leave package
  • Bike and Electric Vehicle salary sacrifice schemes
  • An employee assistance programme with 24/7 access to online, phone or face-to-face counselling.
