People Systems, Reporting & Data Analyst

Location: Swindon Support Centre (hybrid working)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented People Systems, Reporting and Data Analyst to join the People team and take ownership of our HR systems. This is a key role for a proactive individual who can combine technical expertise with strategic insight to ensure accurate data management, insightful reporting, and effective system development.

Systems
  • Superuser of our People system Dayforce and LMS system and responsibility for continuous improvement of systems
  • Support system enhancements including configuration, system updates, user access, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with the Dayforce team to ensure we maximize the system's capabilities and that core developments in Dayforce are effectively communicated for product requests
  • Collaborate with the Information Security teams to ensure that all HR technology met industry level and internal security requirements
  • Attended external events and completed market research to drive technology innovation within the People team
Reporting and Data
  • Proactively seek opportunities to automate standard reporting and free capacity for deeper analysis
  • Work closely with People Business Partners and senior managers to understand their needs, framing analysis that answers business questions
  • Generate reports, dashboards and financial journals on a regular and ad-hoc basis across the business
  • Support stakeholders on how to use data effectively to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Gender Pay gap reporting and analysis, end of year bonus ratings modelling, National Minimum Wage calculations and right to work compliance reporting
About you
  • Proven experience with HR systems, ideally Dayforce or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with system configuration, data integrity, and user support
  • Understanding of API integrations and data flow between systems
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach and excellent attention to detail
  • Diligence and confidentiality are a must
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
