Are you looking to start your career in Human Resources? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our central People Team as a People Apprentice, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across the Employee Relations and Talent teams while completing your Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship.
You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals who will support and mentor you as you develop the skills, confidence and understanding needed to build a successful career in people management.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll gain practical experience across a wide range of HR activities while learning how the People Team supports our colleagues across the Trust.
