A leading low-cost airline in the UK is seeking a People Solutions Data Administrator to ensure the integrity of People data and manage administrative tasks across various HR systems. You will require strong attention to detail, data management skills, and the ability to build relationships. This full-time role is based in Luton with opportunities for hybrid working.

You’ll be joining our People Change & Solutions team, working closely with colleagues who are passionate about making a difference and supporting each other. Reporting to the People Solutions Foundations Specialist, you’ll also collaborate across Workday, HR Systems, Data and Payroll.
As our People Solutions Data Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our People data and ensuring the correct and compliant administration of our structural frameworks, processes, and systems. You’ll be responsible for:
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
