Job summary

Sparsholt College Group is recruiting a Staff Wellbeing, Engagement and Development Advisor to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of the college’s staff wellbeing and CPD offer. The role sits in the new People Services function and aims to create a highly engaged and resilient workforce that supports learners and colleagues.

You will work with managers to implement preventative wellbeing initiatives, coordinate CPD programmes, and monitor impact with regular reporting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified with CIPD
• Experience in designing and delivering training programmes
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application
• Ability to design impactful wellbeing initiatives and monitor their impact

Responsibilities

• Lead on design, delivery and evaluation of staff wellbeing and CPD offerings
• Coordinate wellbeing campaigns to support a healthy campus culture
• Coach managers to resolve wellbeing and attendance concerns
• Support attendance management and workplace adjustments
• Develop and maintain CPD programme and staff engagement initiatives
• Prepare regular reports on wellbeing outcomes for senior leaders
