Job summary

NHS England is seeking a Senior People Services Transformation Lead for Employee Relations to help redesign how NHS people services are delivered at scale. You will join a nationally significant programme, shaping operating models and delivering user-centric, digitally enabled employee relations services that improve staff experience and productivity.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in complex transformation, service improvement or workforce redesign programs within large organisations
• Strong understanding of HR or people services, with experience designing user-centred and digitally enabled service models
• Experience bringing together experts and customers to develop a service or function

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the Service Design Team to shape future operating models for NHS people services.
• Design and deliver user-centric, digitally enabled employee relations services to improve staff experience and efficiency.
• Lead or contribute to cross-disciplinary workstreams, coordinating with policy, digital capability and operational teams to deliver changes across the NHS.
