Reporting to the Head of People Services, the People Services Manager (PSM) leads on delivering key priorities for the Directorate. The role involves co‑managing a centralised People Services team to ensure seamless, consistent day‑to‑day operations across the employee lifecycle, from selection and onboarding to promotions and reward.

We’re looking for someone who can lead, coach, and motivate the team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver data‑driven insights to influence strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with the wider People Team and leaders to ensure consistency and a great employee experience.
