A leading financial services provider is seeking a People Services Advisor in Bolton. This full-time role involves providing expert HR support, managing case portfolios, and ensuring data integrity in systems. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, attention to detail, and familiarity with HR practices. As a People Services Advisor, you'll play a crucial part in helping our customers find the right solutions, whether it's providing expert advice over the phone, handling tasks through our case management system, Help, or efficiently dealing with email inquiries. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and quality‑checking tasks that support our business processes, as well as assisting in the administration of vital business projects in our HR system, MyWorkday. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
