Job description

As a People Services Advisor, you'll play a crucial part in helping our customers find the right solutions, whether it's providing expert advice over the phone, handling tasks through our case management system, Help, or efficiently dealing with email inquiries. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and quality‑checking tasks that support our business processes, as well as assisting in the administration of vital business projects in our HR system, MyWorkday. If you're committed to excellence and have previous experience working within HR, we want to hear from you! At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls to the People Services team, providing advice and assistance.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases in the Help system.
  • Administer People Services tasks and processes efficiently, covering the employee lifecycle, with a focus on supporting the onboarding and screening of new starters.
  • Escalate issues to leaders, People Services, and the business as necessary.
  • Deliver quality customer service while collaborating with other teams, such as payroll.
  • Prioritise and manage tasks in the inbox.
  • Maintain accurate data in MyWorkday and the Help system.
  • Provide HR support and advice to employees, managers, and candidates.
Qualifications & Essential Criteria
  • Experience of working in an HR team with sound customer service and administrative skills.
  • Experience of the onboarding process for new starters.
  • Customer focused with the ability to connect with a variety of people over the phone and in writing whilst conducting yourself in a professional manner.
  • Experience using Case Management Systems.
  • Analytical, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Understands and demonstrates the importance of Data Protection and its associated risks.
  • Computer literate with experience of MS Office and IT tools, demonstrating accuracy and speed when updating relevant HR systems.
  • Working knowledge of employment law would be advantageous.
  • You’ll need to show you meet the essential criteria as detailed in the job advert or job description.
