Overview
As a People Services Advisor, you'll play a crucial part in helping our customers find the right solutions, whether it's providing expert advice over the phone, handling tasks through the Help case management system, or efficiently dealing with email inquiries. You’ll monitor and quality-check tasks that support business processes and assist in administering vital business projects in our HR system, MyWorkday. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home includes attendance at office locations, visiting clients, or attending industry events. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering incoming calls to the People Services team, providing advice and assistance.
- Managing a portfolio of cases in the Help system.
- Administering People Services tasks and processing efficiently, covering the employee lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding and screening of new starters.
- Escalating issues to leaders, People Services, and the business as necessary.
- Delivering quality customer service while collaborating with other teams, such as payroll.
- Prioritising and managing tasks in the inbox.
- Maintaining accurate data in MyWorkday and the Help system.
- Providing HR support and advice to employees, managers, and candidates.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience of working in an HR team with sound customer service and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of onboarding process for new starters.
- Customer focused with the ability to connect with a variety of people over the phone and in writing with a professional manner.
- Practical experience using Case Management Systems.
- Analytical, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding and demonstration of the importance of Data Protection and its associated risks.
- Computer literate with experience of MS Office and IT tools, demonstrating accuracy and speed when updating relevant HR systems.
- Working knowledge of employment law would be advantageous.
