You will provide support in case management, onboarding, and lifecycle processes in a hybrid working model. Here at GXO, we're looking for a People Services Specialist to join us on permanent basis. Based out of our Head Office in Northampton, you'll play a key part in our central People Services team providing a professional service across a broad range of processes, including case management, all onboarding, lifecycle, and leaver processing, as well as supporting with administration and queries.
You'll be working from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with a hybrid working model so you can work from home as well as in the office!
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
