A leading AI technology company in London seeks a Fleet Operations People Partner to align people strategy with operational goals in Fleet Operations. You will manage employee relations for the UK and Germany teams, ensuring high performance and effective processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Employee Relations and UK employment law, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills. This is a full-time, hybrid role with an emphasis on innovation and team engagement.

The Fleet Operations People Partner role is an embedded People role that works closely with our Global Fleet Operations Leadership teams, with a key focus on our UK and Germany teams. Our Fleet Operations Department covers 4 regions ensuring effective and safe vehicle testing of our cutting edge models and autonomous vehicles. This department is at the forefront of what we do and is critical to the success of Wayve overall. In this role you will be ensuring that the people strategy aligns and supports the operational strategy of the Fleet Operations Department, working across the full Employee Lifecycle, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, Policy and Process, and Performance.

This is a full-time role based in our office in London. We operate core working hours so you can determine the schedule that works best for you and your team.
