A leading HR consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic People Partner to drive impactful HR projects. This role involves designing and implementing leadership development programmes and managing HR technology transformations, with a fixed-term contract of 9-12 months. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in delivering HR initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Fixed Term contract 9-12 months
Hybrid and Burton on Trent
Monday - Friday 9am-530pm.
You'll be responsible for leading a range of strategic people projects set out in the People Roadmap including leadership development, early careers programmes, and HR technology transformation. This is a fast paced, hands‑on role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and embed initiatives that make a real difference to both people and performance.
You'll bring strong experience in delivering HR and people focused projects, ideally within leadership development, L&D, or early careers. You'll have previous exposure to HR technology implementations (such as HRIS or ATS) and be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
