A public sector organization in Aberdeen City is seeking a People and Organisational Development Advisor focusing on People Development. This full-time role involves advising on workforce planning and recruitment, managing change, and facilitating training sessions. Fixed Term up to 12 months (Maternity Cover), Full Time
The People and Organisational Development Advisor role will have a focus on People Development and will also work across the various Centre of Expertise teams within the Cluster, in line with the demands and priorities of the organisation.
Providing advice on people management relating to at least two of the following areas:
Building and maintaining successful working relationships at all levels in the organisation.
Problem‑solving and responding appropriately in a variety of situations.
Critically evaluating information and developing practical, business‑orientated solutions.
Facilitating customer‑focused solutions.
Sharing knowledge and working collaboratively with others within the functional area and across the wider organisation.
Consultancy and facilitation skills with demonstrable ability to influence and coach managers, with a specific focus on encouraging managers and employees to become self‑sufficient.
