A leading educational technology company based in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to enhance its People operations. The successful candidate will manage core HR systems, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliance across geographies. As we continue to grow and expand, we seek an experienced HR Generalist to join our team.
As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless People experience and reliable People & Culture operations. This position is a backfill for our long-term People Ops support resource and expands to cover the broader responsibilities of a full-time specialist. You will manage the day‑to‑day administration of core HR systems, processes, and programs, while also owning projects that drive efficiency, compliance, and engagement across the People lifecycle. Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, this role is highly visible across the company and offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen the foundation of Panopto’s people operations as we scale globally.

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 USD per year. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
