Job summary

Absolute Taste in Bicester, Oxfordshire, is seeking an HR & Payroll Administrator to ensure smooth people processes across the Group. The role splits roughly 50:50 between HR administration and payroll support, covering onboarding, contracts, changes and leavers, plus payroll data and monthly processing.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate HR records, handle payroll queries, and support general admin with confidentiality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/Payroll administration and employee lifecycle.
• Strong data handling and attention to confidentiality.
• Good written and verbal communication, professional and approachable.
• Familiarity with HRIS or payroll software, preferably Moorepay.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, contracts, changes and leavers across the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare payroll inputs and assist with monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate HR records and respond to routine HR/payroll queries.
• Ensure data is accurate, timely and compliant with company procedures.
