Job summary

A third sector client is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join their supportive team in Birmingham. The role involves managing HR operational queries, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Ideal candidates will have CIPD Level 3 or be willing to pursue it, alongside at least two years of HR experience. The position comes with a salary range of £25,000 - £27,000 and is full-time (36.5 hours per week).

Qualifications

  • At least two years’ experience in an HR administration or generalist support role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment terms.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for HR operational queries.
  • Manage HR administration including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support data and reporting processes, including HR metrics.
