We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven People Operations Manager to own and scale our HR operations. Reporting to the Head of People & Strategic Operations, you’ll be the backbone of our People function, building policies, processes, and systems that keep the company compliant, efficient, and people-focused. What You’ll Do
  • Be the go-to point of contact for employees on all HR and policy matters, handling inquiries with discretion and care.
  • Design, implement, and maintain all HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition within employee onboarding.
  • Own benefits administration, working closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data including building dashboards and metrics that inform decision‑making.
  • Keep the company compliant by staying ahead of labor law changes and HR best practices across multiple states.
  • Proactively identify process gaps, build solutions, and standardize ways of working.
  • Drive performance management, engagement, compensation, and manager support initiatives alongside the Head of People.
  • Support company culture initiatives and events alongside the Executive Assistant and Strategic Operations team.

  • Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and policy‑minded, you love creating clarity and structure.
  • Comfortable working independently and owning projects end‑to‑end with minimal oversight.
  • Solution‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Trusted partner with excellent judgment, able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust and positive relationships at all levels.
What You Have
  • At least 5 years of experience in People Operations.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record of building scalable people processes and policies.
  • Strong analytical skills, you can set, track, and present HR metrics that drive action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

How You’ll Be Compensated

The starting base salary for this role is between $115,000 - $140,000 with an equity award as part of your all‑in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
