Reporting to the Head of People & Strategic Operations, you’ll be the backbone of our People function, building policies, processes, and systems that keep the company compliant, efficient, and people-focused. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, love structure, and can execute with minimal support.

The starting base salary for this role is between $115,000 - $140,000 with an equity award as part of your all‑in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
