An executive search firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance efficiency across the business. The ideal candidate should be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple priorities. This role is all about driving organisation, efficiency, and impact across the business. You’ll manage our day-to-day operations - from data and reporting to onboarding and event planning - and help shape how we work as we continue to grow.
You’ll also play a key part in implementing smarter, tech-driven processes (including AI), giving you the chance to make real improvements that move the business forward.
