This role ensures the smooth, compliant, and efficient running of the employee lifecycle across our global footprint. It combines operational expertise with strong technical fluency and a continuous improvement mindset, supporting growth, compliance, and total reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global payroll and benefits, including EOR models and compliance
• Oversee contracts, onboarding, and employment documentation across regions
• Maintain and optimise HR systems and data accuracy (e.g. BambooHR, Culture Amp, Fixer.ai)
• Drive automation and use AI tools to elevate the employee experience
• Partner with Finance and People colleagues to align operations with business needs

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced in global HR operations, payroll, and compliance
• Skilled in HRIS platforms, automation, and AI tools
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
