Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Generalist role or HR Advisor role.
• Proven track record of managing disciplinaries and grievances.
• Strong advisory skills with a focus on coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory service to managers and staff.

• Guide management on performance and absence management.
