The role of an Apprentice/Trainee People Manager within the Public Sector Audit business is critical to the experience our Associates have as they embark on their Audit careers and is key to retaining our great people. Through your everyday interactions with our Associates you will play a pivotal role in inspiring our people to be their best and creating an inclusive culture. You will work closely with the Associate Career Coaches and other key internal stakeholders such as Office Training Contacts, Early Careers and Graduate Recruitment.
