A leading e-commerce company in Camden Town is seeking a Head of People to lead HR & Talent strategies across the business. The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualifications, at least 3 years of HR management experience, and a passion for enhancing employee engagement. This position offers a salary between £60,000 - £65,000 and includes flexible working arrangements and numerous employee benefits.
Wowcher are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic People leader to join the London team as Head of People. This role will be responsible for all HR & Talent activity across the Wowcher business and various office locations. Leading the HR & Talent team, and working closely alongside the Executive Team, the Head of People effectively delivers the People strategy and manages the full employee life cycle for our Wowcher colleagues.
You will be a confident, enthusiastic and engaging HR / People professional, either in an existing ‘Head of’ role, or a People Manager looking for your first move into a Head of People position. You will be CIPD qualified and have at least 3 years’ experience in a management / senior HR role. Previous experience in an e‑commerce environment will be a bonus!
You embrace change and can work at pace, with a real passion to drive our People strategy forward. You have led a team in your current or previous roles, and you have proven experience of building solid relationships with business leaders and colleagues across remote and distributed environments.
