A prominent healthcare organization in Luton is seeking a People MI & Insights Analyst to lead data reporting and analytics. You will develop HR dashboards, provide insights for strategic HR decisions, and work with stakeholders to enhance workforce planning. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in HR analytics and business intelligence tools, with a focus on data storytelling. This role as the People MI & Insights Analyst at Elysium Healthcare will involve leading the development and delivery of people data reporting, analytics, and insights across the organisation. You will be responsible for driving evidence-based HR decision-making and continuous improvement through strategic workforce insights, dashboards, and reporting.
As the People MI & Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving a suite of HR dashboards and reports, delivering regular and ad hoc MI reports, leading the creation and ongoing development of the organisation-wide People Scorecard, and providing trend analyses and forecasting to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives. You will also act as the subject matter expert in turning raw HR data into actionable insights that inform and influence strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation, and support the evaluation of the effectiveness of HR initiatives and interventions.

As the People MI & Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of people data reporting, analytics, and insights across the organisation. Acting as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for workforce intelligence, the role will support evidence-based HR decision-making and drive continuous improvement through strategic workforce insights, dashboards, and reporting. This role will combine advanced reporting, predictive analytics and compelling data storytelling to provide clear, actionable insights that influence business priorities. Working cross-functionally with Finance, IT and Operations, you will drive evidence-based decision making, support organisational transformation and build the tools, automation and self-service capability that future-proof HR analytics.
