This work will be done in partnership with all staff and working closely with the Head of Service in Cornwall. The postholder will work closely with the People Business Partner and People team to support/lead on the delivery of work across the whole employee lifecycle looking at how we recruit, develop, onboard and retain highly engaged staff. The role will lead on developing a positive and inclusive working culture, contributing to the exceptional client outcomes our Cornwall service delivers.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced People Manager, to help shape, drive and lead the people and inclusion change agenda for our services in Cornwall. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with a salary of circa £40,000, plus a location allowance of £1,000 per annum. This role can be based on site or from home, with travel required to our services in Cornwall at least once a month. This is a role that requires visibility across the region, supporting our management teams with regional strategic people plans and coaching and developing them to improve organisational performance and ensure effective people management.
