McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a People Experience Lead to support recruitment, onboarding and the development of a high-performing team within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
You will work with the Business Manager and People Manager to maintain accurate HR records, monitor metrics, and promote an inclusive workplace culture while delivering strong people practices across 100+ staff.

The People Experience Lead plays a key role in supporting the delivery of effective people practices within a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment. Working closely with the Business Manager and People Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and development of employees while promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
As part of the restaurant management team, the People Experience Lead helps oversee people operations for a workforce of 100+ employees within a multi-million-pound business. The role involves maintaining accurate people records, monitoring key HR metrics, supporting employee relations, and ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently applied.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a high-performing team by creating a positive employee experience, supporting business objectives and helping to develop a motivated and engaged workforce.
Following six months of service, you'll have the opportunity to further your career by enrolling in a fully supported Level 3 HR Apprenticeship, allowing you to develop valuable HR knowledge, gain nationally recognised qualifications, and build the skills needed for future career progression.
