Job summary

A large health organization in North Wales is seeking an enthusiastic HR/People Officer to support HR functions in Wrexham. The role requires expertise in employee relations and supporting management with HR advice. Candidates should ideally have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and be prepared to undertake it if not already acquired. The position offers a range of responsibilities aimed at improving employee relations and supportingChangeManagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience advising managers and staff on HR matters with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of current HR Agenda in the NHS.
  • Experience of managing organisational change including redundancy.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all HR queries.
  • Support managers with various ER cases.
  • Attend formal meetings and provide HR advice.

Education

CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
