Our International advisory client are seeking a CIPD-qualified People Manager to cover a maternity cover contract for 12 months. Working closely with the Head of People, and the C suite team, the role will help shape attraction, retain, and develop high performing talent across multiple sites.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to refine their people strategy, ensuring the business remains agile and future ready while working closely with a People Administrator.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a deadline driven environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for both people and business. You will bring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge convention and find innovative solutions. A detail-oriented approach, professionalism, and a genuine interest in supporting diverse teams will be key to success in this role.
