Job description

We are looking for a passionate, empathetic and resourceful people and development specialist to join our team. Working closely with the Head of People & Development and People & Development Assistant, you will represent our NoMad culture and values and take care of our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle. You will work on people processes such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation and welfare, employee relations, health and safety compliance and training. As an experienced manager, you have the confidence in providing professional and regulatory advice to our department heads so as to enhance their people management skills.

Qualifications
